How It Works
It's all about the experience

We hope that everyone enjoys their journey with us from start to finish. To help you make the most of your photoshoot and to remove any anxieties you might have, below is the typical timeline for a family photo experience:
1. MAKE A BOOKING
You can now book online! Click here to book your session. At this point you will be asked to either pay in full for a package in advance or pay a £20 refundable booking deposit.
2. PHOTO SESSION
Bring your family to enjoy a fun filled photo session which will last approximately 1 hour. (Click here for current guidelines) Showcase your personality with bright clothes, fancy dress, props or even your pets! At the end of your photoshoot you will book in your viewing appointment with our editor.
3. PHOTO VIEWING
Relax and enjoy watching your photo experience in the privacy of our viewing room. This will last approximately 20-40 minutes. After you have viewed your images you will then be able to order your images and products including your free framed image!
4. COLLECTION
Your free framed image and any digital packages will be supplied at the end of your viewing. Digital packages are sent via WeTransfer to your chosen email. All physical products will be sent directly to your specified address within 4-6 weeks from the date of order.
5. REVIEW & REFER
Once you are enjoying your photos at home please take 2 minutes to leave us a review on our facebook page. Also, should you refer us to a friend who then books a pre-paid package, you will receive a classic framed image of your choice.
